Time was 3:15pm..

And Wen Ting provide us Sun Block which is perfected for me.. XD
And use it... COOL!

Went for 400m for myself & Choon Weng 200m

So i managed to run and get 4th same as Choon Weng...
Nvr know my running skill still can works..

AFter run.. feel dizzy.. and every1 became black for me...cant see clearly..
